Volunteering with Anything Helps
At Anything Helps, volunteers are the heartbeat of our work. Whether you’re helping at community events, distributing harm reduction supplies, supporting our drop-in center, or lending your skills behind the scenes, you play a vital role in creating a safer, healthier, and more connected community.
We welcome people of all backgrounds and lived experiences—especially those who share our passion for meeting people where they are, reducing harm, and supporting multiple pathways to recovery. No matter your availability or skill set, there’s a way for you to get involved and make a difference.
As a volunteer, you might:
-
Assist with outreach and resource distribution in the community
-
Support events, workshops, and training sessions
-
Help prepare and organize harm reduction and wellness kits
-
Provide hospitality and connection at our drop-in center
-
Use your professional skills (graphic design, admin, social media, etc.) to strengthen our impact
Why volunteer with us?
-
Be part of a judgment-free, inclusive team making a tangible difference
-
Learn about harm reduction, recovery support, and community health
-
Build relationships with community members, partners, and other advocates
-
Gain valuable experience and training opportunities
Together, we can ensure that anything helps—and that every person has the support and dignity they deserve.
